Lost Horror Stories
What bums me out intensely is that it’s ephemeral. The feeling you get when someone is narrating you a telling tale. Growing up I have come across bazillions of true scary stories, from a bazillion mouths and they have all gone hazy. Millions of folklore that failed to find a pen and a paper have ended up disappearing in sands of time, waiting wistfully for sound ears. So unfortunate!
TV Show
As a child, TV shows overwhelmed me, igniting my imagination with fear. The smallest things—a shimmer in the eyes, ghostly noises—played tricks on my mind. I was a scared kid, but that changed when I read Ruskin Bond’s A Face in the Dark. It sparked my passion for horror, leading me to seek out stories like Guy De Maupassant’s The Horla, which plunged me deeper into the eerie and unknown.
The Movie Front
My fascination with horror deepened as I watched films like Grudge, The Omen, The Exorcist, and The Ring, each one intensifying my sense of terror. Over time, though, those once-terrifying stories lost their edge, becoming stale and predictable. Yet, deep down, that thrill still lingers, dormant. My journey continues, always seeking the best horror tales and extraordinary experiences, driven by a desire to escape the bleakness of ordinary life.

The Chronicles of Jinn will delve into thrilling ghost stories, eerie folklore, dark novels, forgotten poems, and spine-chilling anecdotes from around the world. It’s not just about the supernatural—I’m a skeptic at heart and approach everything with reason. We’re here for the thrill, not to debate what’s real.
